It is with great pleasure to inform you that your examination certificates are now ready for collection from the school reception. Unfortunately, as the certificates are legal documents that require a signature, we are unable to post them to you. It will be necessary for you to bring some form of identification when collecting the certificates. If you are unable to collect your certificates this can be done by someone on your behalf, the allocated person must bring a signed letter with them stating that you give them your permission to collect your certificates, the person collecting must be named in the letter and bring identification. We only keep your certificates for one year, after this period they are destroyed.
It is important to keep your exam certificates in a safe place, as they may be required for job applications. The school does not have copies of your examination certificates, therefore it is important for you to be aware that if you do lose your original certificates you will need to contact the relevant examination board direct to obtain a “Certified Statement Of Results”. There will be a fee charged for this service.
