Summer School 2021

In August 2021, Windsor High School and Sixth Form invited all of our new Year 7 students to take part in our Summer School. This took place across five days from Monday 9th August until Friday 13th August.

This was an exciting week that involved literacy and numeracy skills, team building activities, climbing and sports. 

Every student got to

• Meet teaching staff and get familiar with new surroundings
• Be with friends and meet new friends 
• Take part in team building and confidence games
• Have additional Literacy and numeracy enhancement 
• Try an activity they may have never experienced before 

Students were able to enjoy reading, creative writing and number sessions, climbing, fun soccer and archery whilst being introduced to the school with new staff and new friends. All students had certificates and trophies at the end of the week in celebration with friends and family.
