As you are aware Arbor is now our Management Information System (MIS). We are pleased to let you know that from September 2024 this will be our primary tool for Attendance, Behaviour and Communicating with Parent/Carers. Arbor offers a more integrated solution that will not only facilitate better communication but also provide you with a convenient way to track your child’s behaviour, receive your child’s school reports and you will be able to continue to make payments for meals and trips.
From August 2024, following our move to Arbor, we will no longer be using ParentMail, as our primary tool for communicating with Parent/Carer. Ultimately Arbor will offer a better system of sharing information and communicating with parents, however for a short period whilst we establish the system there may be a slight disruption to our communication with parents.
You will, of course, be able to communicate with the school via email (info@windsor.windsoracademytrust.org.uk) and telephone (0121 550 1452), whilst we set up Arbor and become accustomed to the new platform.
The first step of this process is for parents to download and log in to the Arbor Parent Portal and app, where information on your child can be seen.
