CTEC Students Gym Visit

Last week Mrs Whitehouse took the Year 12 CTEC students to the Village Gym in Dudley where they took part in a spin class, body pump and circuits exercise session. 

The visit was to enhance their knowledge of teaching group exercises to music.  As part of their coursework they are being assessed on a series of planning and delivering progressive sessions in circuits or high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

With this experience it has given them some more ideas and inspiration of how to deliver motivating exercise to music work outs.
