We are excited to share that Windsor High School and Sixth Form has been featured in a prestigious case study on Apple’s global website, showcasing how Windsor Academy Trust’s EmpowerED Digital Strategy is transforming education.
Earlier today, at BETT 2025, Europe’s largest education technology event, attended by over 30,000 educators and leaders from across Europe, our CEO, Dawn Haywood, joined Apple’s Dominic Liechti, Senior Director of Worldwide Product Marketing, to launch the case study during an inspiring fireside chat.
This case study reflects the collective efforts of the entire WAT Family, made possible by the incredible work happening every day in all of our schools. It features contributions on behalf of us all from Windsor High School and Sixth Form, Goldsmith Primary Academy, and Rivers Primary Academy, with Windsor also proudly recognised as an Apple Distinguished School. It is particularly special as Apple produces just one of these case studies across Europe each year.
The EmpowerED Digital Strategy is helping students at Windsor High School and Sixth Form unlock their potential and equipping them with the future-ready skills they need to thrive. It is also supporting staff by reducing workload, enabling a sharper focus on delivering exceptional lessons.

We are incredibly proud of our students, staff, and the WAT Family for achieving this recognition and demonstrating the power of innovation in education.
